Gloss is the shininess or luster of the painted surface on the glass.
Registration is the alignment of the painted image of a glass. During the manufacturing process of the glass each color is painted on individually. If the glass is not properly aligned when the next color is applied, the colors will not be within their lines. It's like coloring outside the lines of a coloring book.

Flea bite is a very small nick or chip on the surface of the glass.
Water spots and cloudiness is a white residue that can be seen when the glass is held up to a light. It comes from washing glassware in dishwashers, from hard tap water and leaving water in or on the glass for extended periods of time.
