Please note that all prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping and handling.

Order Processing Policy
When you place your order we will contact you with the total amount due including shipping charges. Once we have sent you an email confirming the shipping cost, your item(s) will be placed in a "sale pending" status. Payment must be received within 10 days. If payment is not received within that time, the "sale pending" status will be removed and the item(s) will be returned to stock.

Payments
We accept PayPal.com, money orders or checks. Payments received in the form of PayPal.com or money orders are shipped the next business day after receipt. Payments received in the form of checks will be held 10 to 15 days (to clear our bank) from the date we deposit it.

Shipping Policy
All items will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post or First Class Mail for smaller items. Fragile items will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and packaging peanuts to assure safe delivery. Insurance is not required but please keep in mind we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Return Policy
We take time to describe the item(s) to the best of our ability, noting any damage or flaws. Therefore, we are sure you will be happy with your purchase. If you have any questions concerning the item(s) you intend to purchase, please email us before placing your order.

If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return the item(s), you must contact us within three days after you have received your shipment. When we receive the item(s) and inspect them to be sure it is in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you, we will then issue you a refund minus shipping, insurance and other shipping fees. You will be responsible for the return shipping, and the item(s) must be returned within 7 days from the date you have contacted us about the return.

Damage Policy
We take extra care in packaging our items to prevent any damages. If your item(s) are insured and have arrived damaged, you must take the original packaging (all contents with all of the original packing material) to your local US Post Office to file an insurance claim. The US Post Office will then send us the claim for processing. Do not repackage the item(s) and mail the damaged items back to us. This will only void the US Post Office insurance and we will not be able to help you receive a refund.

International Orders
International buyers are welcome, however, we only accept payment in the form of PayPal.com. We do not accept International Money Orders or Foreign Postal Money Orders.
